Black Legacy Rising Society is rooted on 20 acres of farmland in Qualicum Beach, Vancouver Island, where we cultivate food, culture, and community. Our mission is to empower Black, African, and Caribbean communities by advancing food sovereignty, growing culturally meaningful crops, and providing hands-on opportunities to connect with the land.
With a strong focus on women and youth, we integrate leadership development, health, and wellness into everything we do. By blending farming, education, and community care, we are creating a sustainable future where culture and resilience flourish side by side.
